The Commercial Maintenance Technician compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. This range is subject to local, state and regional dynamics and may be adjusted up or down depending on market conditions.

To be considered, Associates must have a satisfactory performance record and have no disciplinary actions during the last twelve (12) months. Management retains the discretion to make exceptions to the policy.

The Landscape Supervisor supports this mission by primarily being responsible for planning and supervising the work required to maintain all the formal landscaping, natural and desirable landscape features, lawn and outdoor areas on Holladay Property sites and certain other fee management properties. The Landscape Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership, supervision and communication that supports the departmental and organizational mission, and is in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. This position requires that an individual be able to manage multiple projects, meet crucial deadlines, and communicate effectively with many different persons in different capacities throughout a day. The position requires the ability to make sound decisions, sometimes in a short amount of time, while always keeping the best interest of Holladay Properties in mind. This position requires a strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and extreme mobility because of the need to direct all aspects of landscaping in our portfolio on a weekly basis. Flexibility is a must in this position because an ordinary day can change very quickly as events occur at many different sites.
