One set of roller can complete the production of all specifications of cable tray products. The cable tray specifications range from 100*50 to 1000*200 etc., with the following characteristics:
1. One time forming cable tray production equipment can produce any specification between 100*50 to1000*200. The width of 100-600 can be adjusted freely, the bottom and side ribs can be adjusted, and the ribs can be pressed or not according to the production needs.
2. The tray holes can be combined arbitrarily according to the different specifications of the cable tray profile, and can be one row of holes or eight rows of holes.
3. The connection piece hole punching die and the seven sub buckle punching die are independent, they can work at the same time, or they can only punch the connection piece without punching the seven sub buckle, and vice versa.
4. Whether 100 * 50 or 1000 * 200 is produced, the punching speed is 20 m / min, and the equipment is discharging the line and speed can reach 15 m / min; according to 8 hours per shift, 7000m cable tray can be produced per shift, and only 2 people are needed for the whole line.
5. When the cable trays of different specifications are produced, the roller does not need to be replaced, only the width of the equipment needs to be adjusted (electronic controlutomatic adjustment, no need for manual), the adjustment process only takes 10 minutes.
